How should you use an indicative audit programme?
An audit programme should reflect objectives, risk, change and previous findings. This planner gives you an editable starting sequence and calendar dates. It cannot set your certification-body timetable or prove that the proposed frequency and audit duration are sufficient.
How to use this tool
- Choose the standard and a reference date that has a clear meaning in your planning.
- Review each suggested milestone against contracts, risk and the actual certification cycle.
- Assign owners, criteria, scope and resources in the audit programme template.
- Export the calendar and review the dates when circumstances or official transition arrangements change.
Scope and limitations
Suggested dates are planning aids. Confirm external deadlines with the relevant certification body and source bulletin. Imported calendar entries do not automatically update after a later source change.
Use the relevant standard guide for current primary sources. Read the editorial method before relying on an example.
