Information entered into the tools

The interactive tools calculate in your browser. They do not submit your answers, audit brief, action register or sample-workspace interactions to an ISOaudit server. Downloads are generated on your device.

Working answers are held in page memory. The tools offer explicit save and load controls where implemented; choosing Save stores that tool’s data in this browser’s local storage. Clear saved data removes that tool’s saved copy. Data in downloads remains wherever you save or share the file. A shared browser profile may expose saved information to another person using that profile.

Hosting and access logs

Page and asset requests necessarily reach the hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address and access time, under its own service arrangements. This application does not install advertising, a newsletter form or third-party font requests.

This public reference is hosted on Hostinger. The separate private review and staging copies use their own access controls; they are not client accounts or evidence repositories.

The sample workspace is not an evidence repository

Do not use the sample workspace as a place to submit client documents or confidential personal data. It has no live upload or client account service. Keep exported working records under your organisation’s own access, retention and disposal controls.

Before real enquiries, accounts, evidence uploads or payments are enabled, the controller identity, contact details, purposes, lawful bases, processors, international transfers, retention and rights procedures must be approved and reflected in a complete service privacy notice.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is not enabled for this site. No Google Analytics tag is loaded and no analytics cookies are set by this application. A future activation requires a verified Google Analytics web stream and a working consent choice before collection starts.
